The ILT20 2025 season saw a key clash between Sharjah Warriorz and Abu Dhabi Knight Riders.
The latter batted first and Kyle Mayers slammed 56 off 35 balls to provide a good start to his team. To add a much-needed final push, Jason Holder took over charge to add a quick 26 off 17 balls.

Jason Holder again proved why he is one of the most reliable lower-order finishers in world cricket.
The pressure was mounting on the last few overs when Holder took on New Zealand's seasoned pacer Tim Southee, and then launched two consecutive sixes which left spectators spellbound and fielders in a search of lost balls.
Southee bowled a fuller delivery outside off, hoping to outwit the batter. But Holder cleared his front foot and delivered a ferocious hit over long-on, sending the ball over the roof and onto the streets of Sharjah.
These were very crucial runs at a time when his team needed them the most and shifted the momentum in their favour. After his quick 26 runs, Abu Dhabi Knight Riders finished with a decent total of 161 runs at the loss of 8 wickets.
Meanwhile, for Sharjah Warriorz, Adam Milne picked 3 wickets for 33 runs whereas Adam Zampa also dismissed 3 batters while conceding 27 runs.
