Ace Australian pacer Mitchell Starc had a memorable outing with the ball as he dismantled Sunrisers Hyderabad's top-order, getting prized scalps of Abhishek Sharma and Rahul Tripathi. 

However, the cricketer had a blooper moment on the field when he dropped a simple catch, giving Pat Cummins a lifeline. 

The incident occurred during the 16th over of SRH's innings when Cummins was fighting like a lone warrior amid the batting collapse.

After conceding four byes on his first ball, veteran KKR off spinner Sunil Narine kept things tight, giving away only two singles off his next three deliveries. Bowling the fifth ball of his over, Narine tossed it up, inviting Cummins for a big shot. 

The Aussie skipper fell in the trap as he mistimed it, with the ball gobbling up in the air for a long time. 

However, Cummins' national teammate Mitchell Starc emerged as his saviour, dropping a simple catch and giving him a lifeline. 

Starc's casual fielding effort shocked Bollywood actress Janhvi Kapoor, who reacted animatedly following the dropped chance. 

After opting to bat first, SRH couldn't put up an impressive show in the final, being dismissed for 113 in 18.3 overs.
