Ishan Kishan, the star of the SRH's record-breaking batting performance has injured himself at the fag end of the match 2 of IPL 2025. He injured himself on the final ball of the 18th over while trying to stop a boundray off the bat off the bat of Shubham Dubey.

Ishan Kishan Gives Injury Scare After A Swashbuckling Century

He did not participate in the game after that, and was seen getting treatment from the physio around the boundary line. It did not look good from to the naked eye, as he was in massive pain, and SRH fans would be hoping that his injury is not serious. 

Ishan Kishan was the star of the show with the bat as well as he smashed a stunning century which powered Sunrisers Hyderabad to 286 in their 20 overs. He hit 6 sixes in his knock and it was instrumental in SRH getting close to their highest-ever total in IPL history.

Ishan Kishan was making his debut for SRH after MI released him ahead of the 2025 auction. He is naturally an opener, but has done well at number 3 as well, and now has shown his credentials in the first IPL game of 2025 itself.
