Young English cricketer Rhianna Southby showcased her brilliance as a wicketkeeper as she executed a magnificent stumping dismissal in Southern Brave's ongoing group-stage match against Birmingham Phoenix in Women's Hundred 2024. Southby's sensational glovework helped Tilly Coleman get the prized scalp of Sterre Kalis at a crucial juncture of the match.

The incident occurred during the sixth set of Birmingham's innings when Kalis was trying to steady the ship alongside skipper Ellyse Perry following the cheap dismissal of Sophie Devine.

However, wily left-arm spinner Tilly Coleman emerged as her nemesis, dismissing her with a beautiful delivery.

Coleman bowled a tossed-up delivery from over the wicket, which turned slightly away from Kalis after pitching around the fourth stump line.

As the right-handed batter attempted a big shot, she was completely deceived by Coleman's trajectory.

Southby collected the ball cleanly behind the stumps and dislodged the bails in a flash. As Kalis' back leg was in the air at the time of stumping, the umpire declared her out.

Riding on the bowlers' clinical performance, Southern Brave Women have reduced the Phoenix to 115 for five in 90 balls. As of writing, Amy Jones and Emily Louise Arlott are unbeaten in the middle for 43 and 11, respectively.
