The Hundred Women's final between Welsh Fire Women and London Spirits Women is halfway through at Lord's as the Welsh, batting first, put 115/8 on the board.
The Fire lost three wickets early on in the innings, but Jess Jonassen's fifty and her crucial fourth wicket stand with Hayley Kristen Matthews helped Welsh put a decent total on the board.
Meanwhile, for London Spirits, Deepti Sharma was on fire in the field as she took a great catch and bowled with quick reflexes. On the 2nd ball of the 19th set, Georgia Elwiss played a powerful shot down the ground, but Deepti was quick to react and took a great catch.
It was not her only great effort in the field as she stole the limelight for her low-diving catch on the last ball of the 3rd set. Deepti took a great low-diving catch to draw the first blood for the Spirits.

It is worth noting that The Hundred Women will get a new champion as both London Spirits and Welsh Fire have reached the finals for the first time in this tournament's history.
