[Watch] David Miller Slams Monstrous Six Out Of The Chepauk Stadium vs PAK

'It's Miller time in Chepauk' - This is how the on-air commentator described David Miller's humongous six against Usama Mir in the 27th over of South Africa's innings. Over the years, David Miller has made his name as one of the cleanest strikers of the game and has won plenty of games for numerous sides he has represented with his power-hitting.

In a crucial World Cup game between Pakistan and South Africa, Pakistan have posted 270 on the board and in their run-chase, South Africa were reduced to 136-4, bringing the game right in balance. In fact, South Africa were under pressure when they lost Klaasen as they had previously crumbled in the run-chase against the Dutch just few games back. So, David Miller coming in at number 6, had a big responsibility on his shoulders to support Markram and take Proteas to safer shores, something which he did brilliantly with some matured batting.

He hit some big blows as well, as mentioned earlier and one of those sixes was hit out of the ground between the two grand stands.

Let's now talk about the details of that shot now. Usama Mir bowled a quick delivery on off and David Miller picked the length quickly and pulled off his trademark slog over deep mid-wicket that went pretty far and travelled between the gap of two stands, over the electronic screen out of the ground.
