[Watch] Comedian Munawar Faruqui Dismisses Sachin Tendulkar In ISPL Celebrity Match

Sachin Tendulkar played for Master's XI in ISPL Celebrity League

For the first time in the history of cricket, tennis cricket has been introduced in the stadiums in the form of the Indian Street Premier League. On the day of the inauguration, ISPL invited the likes of Sachin Tendulkar, Suresh Raina and various other stars for a special match to kickstart the tournament on a high note. 

As Tendulkar stepped onto the field, the Master Blaster came out to open the innings in this 10-overs-per-side game and even launched the ball into the stands on a few occasions. 

Although comedian Munawar Faruqui had Tendulkar's number as the legendary batter went manufacturing a stroke but ended up top-edging it to the keeper.

Tendulkar might have got dismissed to Faruqui, but he did entertain the crowd. On the third delivery of the game, he smacked a six over the mid-wicket against Akshay Kumar. 

The 50-year-old went on to score 30 runs off just 17 deliveries before getting out against Bigg Boss winner Munawar Faruqui. 

The Master's XI ended up winning the game and thrashed Khiladi XI in this special match.
