The Northern Superchargers have been asked to chase down a massive target of 186 runs against the Trent Rockets in the fourth match of The Hundred 2024 at the Headingley in Leeds.

Oliver Robinson and Graham Clark gave the Superchargers a brilliant start. The duo scored 41 runs off 25 deliveries and set stage for the chase. However Clark was dismissed off the 25th delivery and the next one followed very soon. It was Matt Short who was dismissed on the 29th delivery of the innings of Lewis Gregory's bowling.

This wicket was more of the fielder than that of the bowler. On the fourth delivery of the sixth set, Gregory bowled a length delivery at the stumps. Matt Short tried to slam that away over the long on fence. However, he did not get it off the right part of the bat. The ball did not fly away over the fence but it was bulletting towards the boundary. Chris Green in the deep ran and dived across in the outfield to take a stunning catch.

Chris Green is having a great time in the match. Earlier in the game, Chris Green played a brilliant cameo of 25 runs off 7 deliveries and gave the Trent Rockets a brilliant finish. His cameo powered the team to a massive total of 185/5 in their quota of 100 balls. Along with the brilliant batting and fielding show, Green has also done a great job with the ball in the match. He picked up three wickets while conceding just 14 runs in his spell of 20 deliveries.
