Prithvi Shaw not only did a commendable job in leading the team, he scored 261 runs from 6 matches at an average of 65.25.

He was in discussion among the critics and fans for the talent that he displayed. Shaw made a quick entrance into the highest stage of the game and made his Test debut against West Indies in 2018. He picked up a debut Test century and promised a lot. However, Shaw failed to keep his performances going and gradually fell away from the Indian scheme of things.

The 23-year old is currently playing in the England Domestic One Day Cup. Prithvi Shaw is a part of the Northamptonshire team in this tournament. In his most recent outing against the Hampshire, Shaw was seen playing a range of beautiful drives around the ground that oozed class and elegance. 

Shaw scored a quick fire 40 runs off 34 balls in the match while opening the innings. Northamptonshire were chasing 286 runs in the game and Shaw set up a nice foundation for them. However, the middle order of the Northamptonshire failed to fire and their innings ended at 214/10 in 43.5 overs as they lost the game by 71 runs.
