Namibia finds themselves in deep trouble as they are losing continuous wickets at regular intervals in the ongoing Namibia and Australia ICC Men's T20 World Cup 2024 at the Sri Vivian Richards Stadium in North Sound, Antigua. 

Opting to bowl first on a bouncy pitch, Josh Hazlewood started the wicket carnage, as he scalped Nikolaas Davin 2 runs off 7 deliveries. He then continued with his good form as he scalped opener Nikolaas Davin with a good delivery.

Then it was the turn of the spinner, Adam Zampa, to show his class as he took the wicket of Zane Green. In the 8th over of Namibia's innings, Adam Zampa, delivered a quicker googly aimed at the middle stump, clocking in at 95 kmph. 

The Namibian batsman, Green, misread the delivery and attempted a sweep shot. He failed to connect with the ball, which then hit his back thigh pad. 

The Australian team made a straightforward appeal, and the umpire, Nitin Menon, declared Green out. He chose not to review the decision, which resulted in half of the Namibian team being dismissed at that point.

At the time of writing, Namibia have already lost 8 wickets at 56 runs . The team has crumbled under pressure as Australian bowlers have taken full control of the match. 

If Australia win the match, they'll qualify for the Super-8 stage of the tournament.
