South Africa find themselves in deep trouble in the ongoing T20 World Cup clash against West Indies at the Sir Vivian Richards Stadium in Antigua. After West Indies posted a sub-par total of 135, South Africa's chase was hampered by a combination of excellent bowling and a rain interruption. 

The match was reduced to a 17-over affair, with the revised target for South Africa being 123 runs. So, they needed 108 more runs to win in 15 overs when the game resumed. 

Chasing the target, South Africa lost both openers, Reeza Hendricks and Quinton de Kock, to Andre Russell early in the innings. The match was interrupted by rain, that created further tension in the chase.

Once play resumed, Alzarri Joseph struck in the 6th over as he dismissed South African skipper Aiden Markram. 

He attempted to lift a length ball over mid-off but ended up skying it. Kyle Mayers took a comfortable catch at mid-off with a reverse cup technique.

Problems increased for South Africa as they failed to build momentum. After dismissing Aiden Markram, Joseph also got the wicket of Heinrich Klaasen, who was in good form. 

At the time of writing, South Africa were 93 for 5 in 11.4 overs and West Indies need to take five more wickets to win this game.
