Pakistan's promising all-rounder, Agha Salman, emerged as their hero during the third day of the ongoing Test match against Australia, as he took a stunning catch, helping Mir Hamza get the prized scalp of Mitchell Marsh

The incident occurred during the 50th over of Australia's second innings when the hosts were cruising towards a formidable score, thanks to the valiant fifth wicket stand between Marsh and Steve Smith. Skipper Shan Masood's decision to re-introduce Mir Hamza paid rich dividends, as the left-arm swing bowler dismissed Marsh in the second over of his new spell.

Hamza bowled a good length delivery around the fifth stump, which straightened after pitching, taking a thick outside edge off Marsh's bat. Agha Salman, stationed at the first slip, showcased exemplary fielding standards, diving to his right and holding on to a sharp chance.

Salman's incredible fielding effort relieved the visitors' camp, as Marsh had already struck 96 runs, studded with 13 glorious boundaries. Also, his tremendous grab earned high praise from all corners of the world after Pakistan were scrutinised for being sloppy in most parts of the day.

After Marsh departed, Alex Carey joined the middle to steady the ship alongside Steve Smith. As of writing, Australia are 170 for five, leading Pakistan by 224 runs with five wickets in hand.
