PAK vs SA, 2nd Test: What Are The Session Timings For Day 3 Of Cape Town Test?

South Africa and Pakistan are up against each other in the second and final Test of the series at Newlands, Cape Town. The home team won the first Test of the series in a thrilling encounter while they are dominating the second game as well.

The home team won the toss on Day 1 and decided to bat first with Ryan Rickelton registering his name in history books with magnificent 259. The skipper Temba Bavuma also continued his great form and scored a century while the wicketkeeper Kyle Verreynne also smashed a hundred to pile on the misery on Pakistan bowlers. 

They scored 615 and Pakistan in the absence of Saim Ayub lost three quick wickets to put themselves in a big hole in this second bout. Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan ensured that they do not suffer any further and have some heavy lifting to do on the third day of the Test match.

Day 3 of the second Test will start at 2 PM IST and 10.30 AM local time. It will be a two-hour session which will be followed by a traditional 40-minute Lunch break. The two teams will then head for the afternoon session which will start at 4.40 PM IST and will continue for another two hours which means it will be completed at 3.10 PM local time.

It will be followed by 20 minutes of Tea break while the final session will run from 3.30 PM local time to 5.30 PM local time. According to IST, the third session will be from 7.00 PM to 9.00 PM IST and it can be extended for 30 minutes if the allotted overs are not completed.
