Mohammed Siraj attracted a social media storm with a brilliant effort on Day 2 of the Oval Test between India and England. Despite a shaky spell in the first session, Siraj turned up the heat in the second session, and his remarkable effort won the fans’ hearts.

Siraj wrapped up the inning with the final wicket of Harry Brook and capped it off with a 4-wicket-haul in 16.2 overs with an economy of 5.30.

Interestingly, Mohammed Siraj has bowled close to 150 overs so far in this Anderson-Tendulkar Trophy. He also overtook Ben Stokes to become the highest wicket-taker of the series with 18 wickets. Undoubtedly, Siraj has been an absolute workhorse for India in this series.
