Ishan Kishan is known as pocket-dynamite as once he gets going, it is pretty hard to stop him. Recently, he was bought by Sunrisers Hyderabad for 11.25 Crore after Mumbai Indian released him ahead of the mega auction. The wicketkeeper batter has been out of the Indian team for almost a year now, and their have been plenty of questions marks over his commitment towards Indian cricket.

He remains a quality player though and recently played for India A against Australia A in an unofficial Test. However, he is most dangerous in the shortest format, and he showed his full power in the Syed Mushtaq Ali game against Arunachal Pradesh. Ishan Kishan is playing for Jharkhand in SMAT, and his bowlers did a brilliant job by knocking over Arunachal Pradesh for just 93.

Ishan Kishan Eyes India Comeback After IPL Auction

In reply, Ishan Kishan decided to end the game as soon as possible. He came out all guns blazing and blasted 77 off just 23 balls to take his side over the line in just 27 balls. The southpaw hit five fours and nine sixes in his knock, and tonked the ball in all corners of the Wankhede Stadium, the ground which was his home in IPL for several years.

Ishan would be hoping to make a comeback into the Indian side soon with some consistent performances in the upcoming matches. In the last year or so, Sanju Samson has moved up the pecking order of wicketkeepers in T20Is while Dhruv Jurel took his position in the longest format of the game. Rishabh Pant is also back now, so their is lot of competition and Ishan would have to deliver some big performances in the upcoming matches.
