Despite all the controversies surrounding the Pakistan vs the UAE clash in the Asia Cup, the game is set to proceed, but only after a delay of one hour. Pakistan threatened to boycott the match after the controversy with the Indian side, but they took a U-turn at the last moment and decided to continue playing in the tournament.

The Men in Green face the UAE in a do-or-die clash, as the side defeated Oman in their tournament opener, and it was followed by a humiliating defeat at the hands of India on Sunday. If the Salman Ali Agha-led side loses the game, they will be out of the Asia Cup, with the hosts, the UAE, progressing through to the Super 4 alongside India.

Pakistan will certainly start as the favourites, but will they be able to shut the outside noise, especially after the India defeat?. Let us look at what happened at the toss.

Who Won The Toss Today In PAK Vs UAE Asia Cup Match

The UAE won the toss and their skipper had no hesitation in electing to bowl first on a surface which assist the chasing teams. Salman Ali Agha, Pakistan captain was happy batting first as they have made a couple of changes.

Haris Rauf, who missed the first two games is back in the playing XI, and alongside him, Khushdil Shah is back. Sufiyan Muqeem and Faheem Ashraf miss out.
