Dhanashree Verma has finally broken her silence on the swirling allegations during her marriage with Yuzvendra Chahal. In a candid conversation with host Arbaaz Patel, Dhanashree called out the false narratives around her divorce. She also firmly stated that the cheating rumours are "completely made up".
Dhanashree and Chahal, who tied the knot in 2020, made headlines earlier this year after announcing their divorce in 2025. It is important to mention that the couple at the start kept their personal struggles under wraps; however, gradually, the couple opened up about their relationship in recent podcasts and interviews.
Dhanashree Breaks Silence On Divorce With Chahal
In her recent appearance on Arbaaz Patel’s show, Dhanashree set the record straight -
“Ye sab jo divorce ki baatein chal rahi hain, vo bilkul hi banai gayi cheezein hain. Maine usko already peeche chhod diya hai,” she said, referring to the buzz.
Adding to this conversation, the host also asked Dhanashree about cheating allegations that have circulated online in recent months.
“Woh toh failayenge na. Faltu baat. Unko darr hai na ke main munh na khol do toh dabayenge na,” she said. "Arbaaz, main batauungi na ek ek baat, aap yeh show aapko peanuts lagega."
Initially, the couple kept their relationship completely private, but in recent times, emotional statements from both sides have gradually come to light. While Chahal recently spoke about going through a 'tough phase' and even struggling with suicidal thoughts, Dhanashree expressed hurt over the emotional disconnect in their relationship.
She also particularly talked about the pain she went through when her ex-husband wore a t-shirt that read "Be Your Own Sugar Daddy" shortly after their separation.
"You know that people are going to blame you. Before I had even known that this T-shirt stunt had happened, we were all aware that people were going to blame me for this," Verma added.
