Hardik Pandya Surpasses Jasprit Bumrah & R Ashwin; Climbs Up to Third Place in Elite Chart of Indians

India's captain Hardik Pandya led by example by striking twice in four balls in the first over as the Men in Blue needed to defend a meagre 153 in the ongoing second T20I against West Indies. The all-rounder accomplished a unique feat in the process, joining many Indian superstars on the list.


Hardik topples Bumrah on the highest T20I wicket-takers' chart among Indians 

Pandya now has a total of 73 wickets in 89 T20Is after claiming three victims in the second T20I against West Indies. He went past Jasprit Bumrah and Ravichandran Ashwin, who have a total of 70 and 72 wickets, respectively, in the shortest format of the game. 

The only players with more T20I wickets than Pandya are Yuzvendra Chahal (93) and Bhuvneshwar Kumar (90).
