Australian all-rounder, Aaron Hardie produced a breath-taking catch to dismiss England's in-form batter, Ben Duckett in the second ODI game on Saturday. Hardie showed great athleticism to grab one of the finest catches of the year, and to be proud of.

Hardie turns superman to take a stunner

An all-rounder with immense potential, Hardie has also been an exceptional fielder and it was on display in the second ODI as he got the prized wicket of Duckett and took one of the finest catches of the year.

England needed a tricky 271 to chase down the total, and for that, the Three Lions needed their star batter, Duckett to fire, and he did exactly that. The southpaw played some aggressive shots and raced away to 32 in no time. This is when Hardie came into action and bowled a slightly shorter delivery to trouble the batter.

Duckett miscued it and got a top-edge which went to the left of Hardie, who was already in his follow-through. The Aussie player stretched his left-hand out and took a brilliant one-handed reflex catch on his follow-through. He had little to no reaction time and Hardie did extremely well in that moment.

Australia aim to take 2-0 lead in the series

Australia won the first ODI comfortably, thanks to a sublime century from Travis Head. The Aussie star blew away the English attack and chased down 300-plus score inside 45 overs.

Australia already have a 1-0 lead in the series, and England are struggling for runs in this game. With half the side back in the pavilion, England have a tough chance to seal the win. If Australia win, they'll take a 2-0 lead in the series.
