The Kolkata weather decided to play spoilsport in the Kolkata Knight Riders Vs Punjab Kings match at the Eden Gardens. The first innings went smoothly, but rain god decided to halt KKR's run-chase as heavy rain accompanied by Sandstorm ruined the fun and the teams had to walk back to the dugout.

The rain intensified and the weather predictions came true as the match could be spoiled and could get abandoned if the rain doesn't stop. However, as per a latest update by the IPL, the final cut-off time for a 5-overs match is 11:44 PM, and we still have one hour left for that to happen.
