In what turned out to be an eye-catching moment in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025, during the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) and Rajasthan Royals (RR) game, a fan resembling Mahendra Singh Dhoni was spotted in the stadium. Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi witnessed a peak of crazy movement where MS Dhoni's doppelganger, with a similar hairstyle and beard, was seen in the stands.

The match between Chennai Super Kings and Rajasthan Royals may have been a dead rubber, considering both sides are out of the playoffs race with only a few matches remaining for each side.

However, even during this game that doesn't hold much significance, a fan, who might be a huge follower of former Indian legendary skipper and current CSK captain, MS Dhoni, wore a CSK outfit and was seen sitting beside another super fan.

However, that particular fan had an uncanny resemblance to the great wicket-keeper batter, as his beard, face cut, and, in fact, his hairstyle matched Dhoni's. Camera panned over that fan again and again during the ongoing encounter between the two sides in Delhi, as he became the center of attraction.

CSK Post 187 On The Board

After being asked to bat first, the Chennai Super Kings had a poor start as they lost Devon Conway and Urvil Patel early within two overs, as they only had twelve runs on the board. Despite that, Ayush Mhatre's 43 off 20 deliveries, while Dewald Brevis' 42 off 25, helped CSK get 187 after losing eight wickets by the end of their 20 overs, where Shivam Dube's 39 was also useful.

Despite all that, Dhoni's 16-ball 17-run struggle on the crease didn't help their cause, as they failed to breach the 200-run mark.
