West Indies have not been at their best in ODI cricket for quite a long time now. However, they have been showing signs of improvement under the leadership of Shai Hope and have now registered a much-needed series win against England by a 2-1 margin. They registered a win in the third and final ODI of the series by eight wickets with Brandon King and Keacy Carty scoring centuries.
England batted first after Shai Hope decided to field first after winning the toss. They lost four wickets in cluster and were reduced to 24-4 in the 10th over. However, Phil Salt displayed great temperament and scored a valiant 74 as he got good support from lower middle order. Dan Mousley also scored a century and England managed to reach 263-run mark in their 50 overs. For West Indies, Matthew Forde and Alzarri Joseph were brilliant and they picked five wickets between them.
