The recent three-match ODI series between India and Australia was full of excitement and standout performances. Australia started strong, winning the first two ODI matches and taking a 2-0 lead. But India fought back in the final ODI in Sydney on Saturday, winning by nine wickets.
Rohit Sharma scored his 33rd ODI century with an unbeaten 121, while Virat Kohli contributed 74 not out. India chased the target of 237 runs comfortably in 38.3 overs, ending the series on a high note despite Australia winning 2-1 overall.
India’s bowlers played a key role in the Sydney match. Harshit Rana picked up 4 wickets for 39 runs to bowl Australia out for 236. At one stage, Australia looked strong at 183 for 3, but India’s consistent and disciplined bowling helped turn the game around.
