A leading fantasy gaming app company set up Indian cricket stars Rohit Sharma, Rishabh Pant, Hardik Pandya, Shreyas Iyer and a lot more for an amusing tussle during a funny pre-IPL 2024 promotion clip unveiled on Friday (March 15). The reigning Indian skipper and his wicketkeeping teammate were seen taking sides and laying bare their priorities for respective IPL franchises.

Rohit, the Mumbai Indians (MI) giant, was seen telling the Delhi Capitals (DC) skipper and valiant comeback hero that their friendship and bond formed over time playing for Team India at the international stage will be put aside over the next two months as they try and bring the coveted IPL trophy home.

During the hilarious promotional clip, Hardik Pandya alongside brother Krunal Pandya, Ishan Kishan, Shreyas Iyer and Ravichandran Ashwin were seen mocking each other - showing loyalty towards their respective IPL franchises.

The message from the two popular Indian cricketers is the same: "Jab Indian T20 league aata hai na, toh hawaa badal jaati hai (the air changes between players when the Indian T20 league arrives)."

It was echoed by MI's new skipper Hardik Pandya and the franchise's premier wicketkeeper-batter Ishan Kishan alongside KKR captain Shreyas Iyer amongst host of popular faces setting the stage up for the riveting two months ahead.

The ad also featured the likes of Krishnamachari Srikkanth and Mohinder Amarnath as avid Chennai and Punjab fans. Meanwhile, PBKS' co-owner Preity Zinta shared the frame with famous Indian actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu.

For Rohit and Pant, the IPL 2024 is an important one on personal front. While MI's former skipper and veteran opener has a point to prove to the team management after being sacked from the helm, Pant is making a comeback to playing duties for DC after 14 months spent on recovering from a life-threatening car accident in December 2022.
