In a recent turn of events, actor turned movie critic Kamal Rashid Khan, commonly known as KRK, has stirred up a storm in the cricket world with his controversial remarks about the Indian cricket team's star opener and current captain Rohit Sharma.

KRK, known for his outspoken nature and often embroiled in controversies, took a dig at Sharma in a video posted on the internet.


KRK's Comments Spark Outrage

In a viral video, KRK can be seen mocking Rohit Sharma's statement made on the popular television show "The Kapil Sharma Show." Rohit had mentioned that if he were to act in a film, he would want Kareena Kapoor as his co-star. 

This led KRK to ridicule Sharma, labeling him as "shameless" and making derogatory remarks about his choice of heroine.

KRK's comments have sparked outrage among Rohit Sharma's fans, who have taken to social media to express their discontent. Many fans have criticized KRK for his disrespectful behavior towards the cricketing icon.


History of Controversies

This is not the first time KRK has landed himself in hot water due to his inflammatory comments. 

The former actor has a history of making controversial statements about various celebrities, often leading to legal repercussions. In 2022, he faced arrest for derogatory remarks against another Indian cricket legend, Virat Kohli, whom he referred to as "Buddha”.

He recently again targeted Kohli claiming that it is not in Kohli's luck to win an IPL title and suggested that he should consider dropping himself from Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) for a year to do the franchise a favour.

Despite the uproar caused by KRK's comments, Rohit Sharma has remained silent on the matter, choosing not to respond to the actor's remarks.
