When the Royals set a formidable target of 196 runs, it seemed like an uphill battle for the Titans. However, the resilience of Captain Shubman Gill, and contributions from Rashid Khan and Rahul Tewatia took Gujarat home.

As the GT's batting lineup faced setbacks, Rashid and Rahul emerged as a crucial finisher. But just when victory seemed within reach, Tewatia fell victim to a run-out, leaving the Titans needing 4 runs off the last over. 

With Rashid at the crease, hopes were high but nerves were on edge. With 2 runs needed off the final ball, Rashid Khan displayed nerves of steel as he smashed a boundary, sealing a sensational victory for the Titans.

The Jaipur crowd witnessed a gripping spectacle as the Titans shattered the winning streak of the Royals. Rashid Khan's unbeaten knock of 24 off 11 balls proved to be the difference-maker, steering the Titans to a memorable win.

Meanwhile, RR's skipper Sanju Samson lamented his team's death bowling, as Avesh leaked crucial runs in the final over.

The Titans' celebrations echoed throughout Sawai Mansingh Stadium as they breached the fortress of the Royals. With this win, the Gujarat Titans announced their arrival in style, while the Rajasthan Royals were left pondering their first defeat of the season.
