Recognized for his forthright and candid responses, Indian captain Rohit Sharma consistently brings joy to fans with his clever remarks that trigger laughter. A recent incident added to this mirth, as Rohit's comeback to his wife Ritika Sajdeh's complaint about his nail-biting habit left everyone entertained.

A viral video circulating across social media captures the moment when he offered a humorous response to Ritika's observation about his nail-biting tendencies.

In the video, the host prompts Ritika to share both a positive and a negative trait of the Indian skipper. For the affirmative aspect, she stated:

"My favourite quality about him would be, for all people he loves, he would go out of his way. No matter what he's doing, if he loves you, you'll know it."

Following this, Ritika playfully added:

"My least favourite quality is that he bites his nails. On and off the field, he is always cutting his nails. It's a habit. Sammy's stopped, but he did not."

With his trademark quick thinking, Rohit immediately quipped:

"Inko pata nahi hai captaincy ka pressure kya hota hai" (She doesn't know what the pressure of captaincy is).

His spontaneous reply evoked laughter from both Ritika and the audience.

Here's the Video:

Recently, Rohit cherished valuable moments with his family as he geared up to lead the team in the upcoming Asia Cup later this month. Following his leadership roles in Test and ODI formats during the West Indies tour, Rohit took a well-deserved respite from the Caribbean Islands. Upon returning to India, he accompanied his wife Ritika Sajdeh to an Adidas store in Mumbai.

On the professional front, Rohit will be back in action when he will lead the Men in Blue in the eagerly awaited Asia Cup 2023. After a less triumphant campaign last year, Rohit is firmly committed to clinching victory in this year's continental championship, laying the groundwork for the ODI World Cup on home soil.
