[Watch] 'Of Course, Virat Kohli': Nepal Actress Barsha Siwakoti Names Her Favourite Indian Cricketer

Prominent Nepal actress and model Barsha Siwakoti attended Kandy’s Pallekele Stadium to support her team against India in the ongoing Asia Cup 2023.

Prior to the match, the actress was asked if she had any favourite cricketers. Without hesitation, she named Virat Kohli as one of her favourites alongside a fellow batting legend in the Indian team.

Nepal actress Barsha Siwakoti was asked to name her favourite Indian cricketers prior to their latest Asia Cup 2023 clash.

While she picked Indian captain Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli among her top-choices, she eventually singled out Kohli when asked about the same. She said:

“There are many good Indian cricketers. Virat Kohli is there, Rohit Sharma is there.”

When asked to pick one between two, she stated:

“Of course, Virat Kohli.”

As it turned out, both Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma failed to get runs in India’s opening Asia Cup 2023 match against arch-rivals Pakistan.

The two cricketers will aim to regain their lost touch with the bat when they take guard at the crease against Nepal in their final Group A game in Kandy.

In the first innings of the contest, Nepal ended up squandering away their blazing start by losing wickets in succession. Having raced 65-0 in less than 10 overs, the team slumped to 178-6 before rain interupted the proceedings.
