MS Dhoni was seemingly spotted taking off for the Jharkhand State Cricket Association (JSCA) for a workout session on September 29. While the legendary wicketkeeper-batter was wearing a helmet during his bike ride, a social media fan page on X claimed that the biker was indeed India’s former captain and World Cup winner.

Compatible to the claims, a mere moment of the bike-borne Dhoni was also cherished by the nearby fans and admirers of the legendary cricketer.

MS Dhoni takes off for JSCA a day after major confirmation

A bike-borne MS Dhoni was spotted driving his way to the JSCA for a workout session, as claimed by a fanpage dedicated to the cricketer on social media. As one can expect, a number of fans gathered around to catch the glimpse of the former Indian captain, even though he was wearing a helmet at the time.


Notably, on September 28, an updated IPL regulation confirmed that MS Dhoni will take part in the IPL 2025 season as an ‘uncapped’ Indian cricketer. The Chennai Super Kings (CSK) franchise, however, is yet to make any retentions to date, and will be expected to make some announcements in the coming weeks.

Earlier this year, Dhoni relinquished his age-old CSK captaincy responsibility in favor of rising star Ruturaj Gaikwad. Moreover, the five-time IPL winning skipper also limited his role as a lower-order batter, as he faced just 73 deliveries throughout the competition.

While several experts speculated this year’s IPL 2024 season to be Dhoni’s final appearance in competitive cricket, the 43-year-old might well return to the fold for another season for his fans.

The IPL 2025 mega auction will be organized later this year in either late-November or early-December.
