The support staff of Lucknow Super Giants, including Jonty Rhodes, Justin Langer, and Lance Klusener, were spotted dancing to the song 'Haayo Rabba' during an event in Lucknow, which was shared by the franchise's social media handles ahead of IPL 2024. 

The Super Giants underwent a coaching transition, with Justin Langer succeeding Andy Flower as head coach and Jonty Rhodes being appointed as the team's fielding coach. Lance Klusener, a former Proteas all-rounder, joined the franchise afterwards, adding his expertise as an assistant coach.

Gautam Gambhir opted to step down from his position as LSG's Global mentor and moved to the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR), the team which led to two IPL titles in the past, ahead of the IPL 2024 auction. The Super Giants have yet to name his replacement. 

Meanwhile, KL Rahul, the captain of Lucknow Super Giants, sustained a quadriceps injury during the first test against England. He is still recovering at the NCA and has not reunited with the Lucknow team. 

The Super Giants, who have made the playoffs in the last two seasons, will open their IPL 2024 campaign against inaugural champions Rajasthan Royals on March 24 at the Sawai Mansingh Indoor Stadium in Jaipur.
