With the T20 World Cup 2024 knocking on our doors, Indian veteran spinner Ravichandran Ashwin takes a cricketing knowledge test of his both the daughters - Akhira Ashwin and Aadhaya Ashwin. 

The excitement is palpable as the cricketing world gears up for the event, which will be jointly hosted by the USA and West Indies. The action kicks off on June 1st and continues until the 29th, promising a month of thrilling T20 battles.

On Friday. Ashwin shared the video on his Instagram where he threw mutiple questions related to the hosts of T20 World Cup 2024. 

Ashwin's daughters were quizzed on the upcoming T20 World Cup. They aced every question their dad threw at them, except for one. No matter how hard they guessed, they couldn't pick the city for India's big match against Pakistan. 

The video ends with Ravi Ashwin giving them a shoutout for playing along.  



Though Ashwin is not a part of the Team India's squad for the T20 World Cup 2024, but his cheers and well wishes for the men in blue will remain the same. Earlier the Chennai-based cricketer featured in five T20 World Cup out of eight.

Ashwin was also a crucial player for Rajasthan Royals (RR) at the recently concluded Indian Premier League (IPL 2024). He took 9 wickets from 14 matches with an strike rate of 36.00 and an economy of 8.49. 

Though Rajasthan couldn't keep the momentum up which they got at the start of the tournament, and could only manage to finish the campaign at third position by getting eliminated by Sunrisers Hyderabad at Qualifier 2 in Chennai.

Later on Ravichandran Ashwin might get featured in the highly anticipated Border Gavaskar Test series which is set to take place from November 26.
