Pakistan's star batter, Abdullah Shafique, had a horrible time in the recently held Australia Tests. Opening the batting for Pakistan, Shafique managed to add only 110 runs to his tally in six innings at a mediocre average of 18.33. The 24-year-old's batting form took a toll on his fielding, as he dropped a number of catches, including a few sitters at the slip region. 

Meanwhile, ahead of the Pakistan Super League, Shafique has grabbed the attention through his singing talent. Hailed for being multi-talented, the stylish right-handed batter unleashed his inner singer to perform Bollywood actor Emraan Hashmi's famous song 'Tera Mera Rishta Purana' from the movie 'Awarapan'. 

The video, posted by PSL Memes on social media platform X, spread like wildfire, giving the fans an idea about the batter's hidden talent.

In 35 international matches, Shafique has amassed 1810 runs, including five hundreds and nine fifties, at an average of 38.51 across formats. 

While he has been a consistent performer for Pakistan in Tests and ODIs, his T20I numbers are nothing short of abysmal. Up next, Shafique will represent Shaheen Afridi-led Lahore Qalandars in the upcoming PSL season.
