Indian cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal is set to make an appearance on the famous dance show ‘Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa’ to show his support for his wife, Dhanashree Verma.

Dhanashree and her choreographer, Sagar Bora, are set to mesmerize the audience with a dance performance to the song "Tumse Jo Dekhte Hi Pyar Hua," portraying the beautiful love story of Dhanashree and Yuzvendra.

Yuzvendra Chahal, accustomed to having Dhanashree Verma cheering for him at the stadium, will now have the unique experience of watching her live performance for the first time.

Here’s what Yuzvendra Chahal had to say about making his appearance on Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa:

“This is the first time in three years that I’m seeing Dhanashree in a live performance. She always come to support me during my matches, standing beside me like a pillar. Now, I have the chance to come here and support her.”

Additionally, the accomplished cricketer, having showcased his prowess in both chess and cricket on the global stage, delves deeper into his love story, stating:

"At that time of the lockdown, I was at home for three months. Since childhood, I had a desire to learn dance, so I asked if anyone teaches dance, and that’s when I got Dhanashree’s recommendation,” he added."I messaged her on Instagram, and her reply came after 10-15 days. The classes started, and for two months, I was a sincere student. When offline classes started, something else happened (laughs). From there, our conversation started, and slowly, things progressed.”

Dhanashree Verma, the new wildcard contestant on 'Jhalak Dikhla Jaa' this season, also revealed in a recent interview the heartening reaction of her husband, Yuzvendra Chahal, to her inclusion in the dance competition, stating that he has always been very supportive of her.
