Meanwhile, former India coach Rahul Dravid is also in Paris, rooting for the Indian athletes. In the latest events, Dravid was spotted in the stands watching India's hockey team take on Argentina.
Not only did Dravid watch the game, he also had a special message for the Indian team as he wrote, 'Chak de India' on a special green sheet.
With that, he also brought SRK's Kabir Khan to life, as Dravid's journey with Indian cricket team is often compared to the 'Chak De India' movie.
Notably, Dravid also visited the India house at the Athlete's village. Dravid spoke about cricket's inclusion in 2028 Olympics. Dravid took part in a discussion themed Cricket at the Olympics: Dawn of a New Era'.
"I've already heard a few conversations in the dressing room. People are talking about the 2026 T20 World Cup, there is an ODI World Cup in 2027, and you hear people saying there is the Olympics in 2028," Dravid said in during a panel discussion titled 'Cricket at the Olympics: Dawn of a New Era'as quoted as PTI.
