In a candid conversation with co-contestant Aditya Narayan, Dhanashree shared that her separation from Yuzvendra Chahal was a mutual decision and took place nearly a year ago. The couple, who were married for four years and dated for six to seven months before tying the knot.
“It happened quickly because it was mutual; that is why when people say alimony, it is wrong,” Dhanashree clarified on the show.

“Just because I am not saying anything, you will go on saying anything? My parents have taught me to only justify to people whom I care about,” she added. “Why waste time explaining to those who do not even know you?”
