CSK’s Plans To Retain MS Dhoni Before IPL 2025

While MS Dhoni is enjoying his vacation, his IPL franchise Chennai Super Kings (CSK) is reportedly strategizing to retain him. The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) is expected to announce the retention guidelines by the end of September. CSK is keen on keeping Dhoni, with discussions around retaining him at a lower cost under new regulations.

'The reports state that CSK's number one priority is keeping Dhoni. The legendary player would be kept even if the BCCI permitted only two retentions per franchise,' as quoted by Sportstak.
