Meanwhile, Bumrah is expected to re-unite with the Indian team within the next few days. The ‘Men in Blue’ will soon commence their Super Four campaign in Sri Lanka, where all their fixtures will be played out at the iconic R. Premadasa Stadium in Colombo.

The ongoing Asia Cup 2023 marks the speedster’s return to India’s ODI squad, after a back injury kept him out of action for nearly a year.
