Indian star all-rounder Hardik Pandya recently showed great patience and maturity when a fan behaved rudely with him during a public outing. A video of the incident has gone viral on social media, earning praise for the calm way Pandya handled the situation.

The incident happened on Christmas Eve when Hardik Pandya was spotted outside a restaurant with his girlfriend, model Maheika Sharma

As they were leaving, Hardik was seen politely helping Maheika get into their car. Several fans gathered around and requested selfies, and Hardik happily agreed to take pictures with them.

After clicking a few photos, Hardik tried to leave the area. However, some fans continued to ask for more selfies. In the video, Hardik can be heard saying politely, “Le toh liya, aur kitna lega?” which means, “You’ve already taken photos, how many more do you want?”

At that point, one fan became frustrated because he couldn’t get close due to the crowd and security. Losing his temper, the fan shouted an abusive remark, “Bhaad mein jao” (go to hell)

Despite the rude comment, Hardik did not react. He neither argued nor looked back and simply walked away calmly.

It was unclear whether Hardik heard the remark or chose to ignore it, but his composed behavior impressed many people online. Fans praised him for staying calm and dignified, even when provoked.

On the professional front, Hardik Pandya has been in great form. He recently played in India’s five-match T20I series against South Africa, which India won 3–1 under captain Suryakumar Yadav. 

In the final match, Hardik played a brilliant innings, scoring 63 runs off just 25 balls. His half-century came in only 16 balls, making it the second-fastest T20I fifty by an Indian, just behind Yuvraj Singh’s famous 12-ball fifty.

Notably, Hardik also made history by becoming the Indian player with the most T20I matches where he scored a half-century and took at least one wicket. Overall, he ended the series as the third-highest run-scorer.
