Mumbai Disruptors and Punjab Veers will collide in the Eliminator of the ongoing ECL 2024 season. The much-awaited contest will be hosted at the IG Indoor Stadium in Delhi on September 20. The action will commence from 8:30 PM IST onwards, and the loser of the match will get knocked out of the tournament race.

Mumbai Disruptors won three out of their five matches to finish the league stage of the ECL 2024 season at number three on the points table. Despite holding a superior record over Punjab Veers on the standings, the Disruptors lost to Harsh Beniwal’s team in their final league game on September 19.

The batting order of the Mumbai Disruptors has been mainly revolved around their in-form players Aditya Singh Bhadoria (135 runs), Mudasir Bhat (118 runs) and Abhishek Verma (84 runs). Among the bowlers, Mudasir (eight wickets), interim captain Suyyash Rai and Arham Abbasi have emerged as their most successful players with the ball off late.

Harsh Beniwal-led Punjab Veers qualified for the playoffs after defeating Mumbai Disruptors in their final league game of the season. The Punjab Veers finished the opening round of the ECL 2024 season with two wins and three defeats from five matches.

Ankit Nagar and Rahul Bisht have emerged as the most successful batters for the Punjab Veers team this season, considering both players found themselves among the top four run-getters of the tournament. Ankit Nagar also seems to be in prolific touch with the ball as he picked up a match-winning haul of 3-25 against Mumbai Disruptors. In the same game, Arshad seized figures of 3-6 as the two bowlers compounded a huge win for the Punjab Veers.
