On November 5, India batting maestro Virat Kohli turned 36 and the world was in joy. A few days later, at an event, Kohli shared the story of his quiet birthday celebration at home with his family. Hailed as 'King', Kohli keeps his personal life low-key and always makes time for his wife and kids, Vamika and Akaay Kohli.
Recently, he attended an HSBC event in Mumbai, where he was asked if he felt any wiser now that he’s a year older. Laughing, Kohli replied to host Gaurav Kapoor, “I don’t know about being wiser, but I’m definitely older!”
He went on to say, “This was probably the most relaxed birthday I’ve had in years. It was just me, Anushka (Sharma), and our two kids at home. Super laid-back.” Kohli joked that the celebration was really for his daughter, as having kids changes the way birthdays feel.
