Recently, photos of Rohit Sharma posing with Anushka Sharma went viral on social media. He was clicked with Anushka Sharma, a Bollywood actress and wife of Virat Kohli. But in reality, those viral pictures were way off from the truth.

As soon as they appeared on social media, speculations on the context of pictures started appearing, with one fan going as far as saying she thought these were part of the promotional campaign or event itself.

The truth behind Rohit-Anushka photos

However, the truth behind these images tells a completely different story. Upon closer examination, it has been confirmed that the viral images of Rohit Sharma and Anushka Sharma are not real photographs but AI-generated creations. Advanced artificial intelligence tools were used to generate these highly realistic deep fake images, which have fooled many onlookers into believing they were genuine.

While AI technology has opened up creative possibilities, it has also raised concerns about the spread of misinformation and the ethical use of such tools. Some notorious people misused the tool to create uncomfortable images and malign Rohit Sharma and Anushka Sharma. 

That being said, Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli’s family are close to each other. When Rohit and Ritika announced the birth of their second child, the actress dropped a cute heart in the comments to congratulate the couple.

Both Rohit and Kohli are currently in Australia playing the 5-match Test series against Australia. The series is poised at 1:1, and the fourth match will take place on December 26 at the MCG.
