It never gets old to watch Gautam Gambhir and his hilarious responses. But when an interviewer asked him which football player he liked the most—Lionel Messi or Cristiano Ronaldo—he seemed to have reached a whole new level.
Firstly, Gambhir gave her a reply that he didn’t like any of them, which is fair, to be honest. Ardent football fans don't need to choose one of them, as everybody can have different opinions. But then, after thinking a little, what he replied raised many eyebrows, because the man whom he picked is having a tough time on the football pitch for a while.
Gambhir chose Marcus Rashford, England’s Manchester United’s No. 10. Although Rashford had a lot of potential when he first started his career, his charisma gradually faded. Even in the Premier League this season, he participated in 15 games and managed just two goals and one assist.
