India legends MS Dhoni and Gautam Gambhir are expected to attend the wedding of Rishabh Pant’s sister, Sakshi Pant, in Mussoorie. The ceremony is being held at a private venue, with several big names from Indian cricket joining the celebrations.

MS Dhoni And Suresh Raina Enjoy the Festivities

Former India captain MS Dhoni and ex-teammate Suresh Raina have already arrived for the wedding. The two were spotted having a great time at the sangeet ceremony, dancing alongside Rishabh Pant. A video of Dhoni and Raina grooving to the famous Sufi song Dama Dam Mast Qalandar has gone viral on social media.

Dhoni travelled to Dehradun with his wife, Sakshi Dhoni, while Raina was accompanied by his wife, Priyanka Raina. 

Meanwhile, Gautam Gambhir was seen on his way to Dehradun to join the wedding.


Rishabh Pant Joins Family After Champions Trophy Win

Rishabh Pant, who was part of India’s winning squad in the recently concluded Champions Trophy 2025, returned to India on Monday morning to be with his family for the celebrations. His sister, Sakshi Pant, is getting married to businessman Ankit Chaudhary. The couple got engaged last year after dating for nearly nine years.

After the wedding, both MS Dhoni and Rishabh Pant will shift their focus to the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025, which begins on March 22. Pant will be leading the Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) after being acquired by the franchise in the mega auction. His team will start their campaign on March 24 against Delhi Capitals.

Meanwhile, Dhoni will be back with the Chennai Super Kings (CSK), preparing for yet another IPL season. CSK will kick off their campaign on March 23 against arch-rivals Mumbai Indians at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai.
