Team India’s rising T20I star Abhishek Sharma has caught everyone’s attention off the field. After India’s recent T20I series win over Australia, the stylish left-hander celebrated in a unique way by getting an inspirational tattoo.

24-year-old batter, Abhishek Sharma, who has been in impressive form lately, was seen sitting calmly in a tattoo studio, dressed in a crisp white full-sleeve shirt, black pants, and white sneakers, as he got his new tattoo done. 

The straightforward but significant tattoo on his wrist says 'IT WILL HAPPEN.'

Fans were quick to notice the message, which reads as a symbol for self-belief and determination. The phrase aptly summed up Abhishek's attitude, which was a reminder to remain patient and to trust the process.

The young opener shared a few glimpses of the tattoo session on his Instagram story, and within minutes, social media was flooded with reactions from fans.

Abhishek Sharma was recently a part of the India squad that travelled to Australia for a five-match T20I series which the Men in Blue won 2-1.

He scored 163 runs in five innings with a 40.75 average and 161.39 strike rate, becoming the leading run-scorer of the series.

Now back in India, Abhishek Sharma looks to channel that energy and belief into his next challenge as well, the upcoming home T20I series against South Africa.

Young Indian opener Abhishek Sharma has been in sensational form in 2025. He smashed a record-breaking 135 off 54 balls against England, the highest T20I score by an Indian, and finished the series as one of the top run-getters. 

He has scored over 756 runs across the 17 T20Is played in 2025 at a stunning strike rate of 196.36. The right-handed batting dynamo carried his red-hot form into the 2025 IPL, smashing 439 runs at a strike rate of 194 to prove his rise as India's next T20 superstar.
