The excitement is building as the second edition of the World Championship of Legends (WCL) League is set to kick off on July 18, 2025, with a blockbuster opening clash between England Champions and Pakistan Champions. The highly anticipated tournament will feature 18 matches across four iconic venues in England.
Yuvraj Singh To Lead India Champions Once Again
Former Indian star and 2011 World Cup hero Yuvraj Singh will once again don the captain’s armband for India Champions. Under his leadership, the team will be looking to recreate past glories and lift the coveted trophy.
India Champions boast a formidable squad packed with former international stalwarts. Shikhar Dhawan, Robin Uthappa, Ambati Rayudu, Yusuf Pathan, and Gurkeerat Mann will form the backbone of the batting unit alongside skipper. The all-round department will be managed by Irfan Pathan and Stuart Binny.
The bowling attack will see Harbhajan Singh, Vinay Kumar, Siddharth Kaul, Varun Aaron, Abhimanyu Mithun, Piyush Chawla, and Pawan Negi.
It is important to mention that India Champions will begin their campaign in a high-voltage clash against arch-rivals Pakistan Champions on July 20.
