On Thursday, April 24, Royal Challengers Bengaluru will host Rajasthan Royals at the Chinnaswamy Stadium for IPL 2025 match 42. Eyes would be on Virat Kohli as RCB are yet to win a game at home. 

Notably, the three-time finalists are doing well in IPL 2025 and placed fourth on the table with 10 points in eight matches. The Challengers have lost three games and all of them have come at home. In such a situation, the reliance on Virat Kohli gets bigger, and this article will look at how the former India captain performed against Rajasthan Royals at the Chinnaswamy Stadium last time. 

How Did Kohli Perform In His Last Match vs RR At Home?

It is worth noting that the last time RCB faced Rajasthan Royals at the Chinnaswamy Stadium was on April 23, 2024. However, much to Kohli fans' dismay, it was a forgetful night for the former India captain as he registered a golden duck in that match. 

Notably, Virat has scored seven golden ducks in his IPL career and his latest was against RR at the Chinnaswamy Stadium. In that match, Kohli came to open the innings alongside Faf du Plessis and lost the wicket on the first ball as Trent Boult had trapped Kohli in front of the wicket.

Although, the result of the match went in RCB's favour as the Challengers beat RR by seven runs. RCB, batting first, put 189 runs on the board. In reply, RR managed to put 182 runs.
