After arrival to Mumbai, Team India was involved in a victory parade from Marine Drive to Wankhede Stadium. It turned out to be quite a memorable event with thousands coming out on streets to applaud their champions.

It was the product of a thrilling win in the final of the T20 World Cup 2024 against South Africa which India pulled off in a dramatic fashion. South Africa at one point in time needed just 30 off 30 balls with six wickets in hand, but Indian pacers did a brilliant job at the death and India went onto win their second T20 World Cup title.
