After securing four consecutive victories, India will be looking to extend their winning streak when they will meet an undefeated New Zealand side on Sunday in Dharamsala. However, several injury concerns have aggravated India's concerns ahead of this high-voltage clash. With Hardik Pandya already out of the game due to an ankle injury, India are likely to replace the ace all-rounder with swashbuckling finisher Suryakumar Yadav.

However, in an unfortunate turn of events, Yadav has recently been hit on his right wrist on the eve of the encounter.

The Mumbaikar was practising in the nets when a thunderbolt from the throw down specialist hit him on his wrist. Following the incident, Yadav walked off, not further participating in the nets session.

He was seen in serious discomfort and as OneCricket understands, he is under observation of the BCCI medical team.

As of preparing the report, no official statement has been released on his participation in the all-important clash against New Zealand. However, if he misses out due to wrist injury, India could draft keeper-batter Ishan Kishan to bat in the middle order.
