Fans Enjoying Kane Mama’s Fabulous Desi Vibes
In the cricket world, former New Zealand captain Kane Williamson is known for his ice-cool cricket brain and unmatched legacy. Despite being a familiar face in IPL, Williamson is missing being in the cash-rich league after being unsold in the auction. The former New Zealand skipper has swapped his bat for the mic, bringing his wisdom to the commentary box.
But the New Zealand great faced a tough test as Harbhajan Singh tests his Hindi. As Star Sports drops a hilarious video, Williamson started off with a pure Bollywood introduction saying ‘Hi, I am Kane Mama, naam to suna hi rahega.”
The real thrill was yet to come as Harbhajan Singh turned his Hindi teacher. The Indian off-spinner gave him a chit with some words, and Williamson needed to read it out with meaning. But the first word, ‘Shatak,’ completely bamboozled Williamson, like a well-disguised googly. With a little hint from Harbhajan, Kane declared that Shatak meant "children." After that, everyone erupted in laughter.
But it seems like Harbhajan Singh is a tough teacher. He wasn’t letting Kane off the hook that easily and kept giving him more hints, determined to get the right answer. After what seemed like an eternity of guessing, Kane finally cracked it and confidently shouted “century!”. That hilarious moment is turning the fans crazy.
