On 29th of June, Team India under the astute leadership of Rohit Sharma registered a historic T20 World Cup win at Barbados. They won the final of the World Cup by seven runs against South Africa and since then there have been wave of joy across the country.

There is a victory parade scheduled as well in Mumbai for Rohit Sharma and co. but before that the victorious Indian team went straight to Delhi from Barbados to meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

After the meeting, they have now left for Mumbai where the memorable scenes after the 2007 T20 World Cup are likely to be repeated.

Talking about India's victorious World Cup campaign, it was quite a team effort. Almost all batters contributed in different junctures of the tournament, and in the final, Virat Kohli stepped up when India lost early wickets.
